Umniah mobile operator has participated recently in the Play 99.6 "School Tour" that was organised in collaboration with Play 99.6 in private schools around Amman. Through its participation in the School Tour's activities, part of which took place during April and the rest will take place in May 2010, Umniah aims to enhance its team's positive engagement with school students.
This scholastic event was held at a number of schools including Baptist School of Amman, Rosary College, Jordan International School for Girls, Modern Montessori School, Al Manhal International School, Al Ahliya University and the Islamic Scientic College. The tour will later take place at Amman Academy School. The School Tour comprised different entertainment and music activities, and Play 99.6 team played the latest and most popular songs. Through Play 99.6 booth, Umniah introduced the students to its latest offers and services, especially those of its services that have gained widespread popularity among the younger generation interested in following the latest trends in the local telecom sector. Umniah also arranged a number of interactive activities for the students, reflecting its management and team members' interest in directly interacting with the youth. During the event, Umniah distributed branded prizes and giveaways among the students as keepsakes and as a token of Umniah's appreciation.
