Abu Dhabi - Tabreed, the National Central Cooling Co. will supply cooling to 62-storey Al Emara Tower, Ajman's tallest building being developed in Al Nakheel area.
This commercial and residential tower has a business floor, a health club, a multi-purpose hall, and five parking levels. Upon signing the agreement, Jamal Al Jarwan, Tabreed's Business Development Manager, stated: "We have launched a district cooling scheme in Ajman only a couple of months ago and here we are about to serve Ajman's tallest and most prestigious development. The increase on our services is an honour and a proof of our distinctive, high quality and multi-featured services."
Abdurrahman Bin Yousef Al Nuaimi, owner of Al Emara Tower, said: "The Emirate of Ajman is witnessing an economic boom and we are proud to launch such an esteemed development, which we trust will help sustain Ajman's fast-growing real estate industry. We are aiming at providing superior services to our tenants and with Tabreed's impeccable service history and high quality techniques, we are certain we have made the best choice to meet our cooling needs." District cooling is widely used throughout the UAE and around the world, piping chilled water from a centralised plant to a range of residential, commercial and government buildings. Landlords are attracted to the maintenance-free, economic and environmentally friendly cooling benefits of the technology, while tenants enjoy reduced ambient noise and better temperature control in their homes, making it the perfect solution to all cooling requirements.
