MUSCAT -- The TransOman Expo and Conference is now into its third edition. Organised by Oman International Trade and Exhibitions (OITE) with significant co-operation and endorsement from the Ministry of Transport and Communication and support from Sultan Qaboos Port, Sohar Industrial Port, Port of Salalah, Oman Shipping Company, Oman Air, National Ferries Company and Oman National Transport Company, in the past years.
This years event will be divided into five major events, namely Transport, Shipping and Logistics Show (TransOman Exhibition), Logistics and Supply Chain Conference, 1st International Civil Aviation Conference, Oman Ports and Shipping Conference, and the 2nd Oman Logistics Excellence Awards.
With exclusive access to more than 2000 key players in oil & gas, power, manufacturing, shipping, transport infrastructure and finance sectors, the five-in-one event dedicated to the transport, shipping and logistics sectors (TransOman) is all set to take place from October 24 to 26 at the Oman International Exhibition Centre. TransOman seeks to lift the logistics discipline in Oman and maximise on its growth potential in the upcoming years.
The event will bring to light industry issues, discover the latest trends, connect and do business with various service providers in the air, road, rail, shipping, customs, cargo and logistics businesses, connecting Oman, the rest of the region and beyond.
With the aim to promote Oman's potential as the next Middle East logistic hub and gateway to the world, every year the TransOman Conference brings together more than 200 leading local and international logistics and supply chain practitioners.
A Conference on the country's premier logistics and supply chain under the theme of "Oman: Building a World Class Logistics & Supply Chain" will be held on October 24 at Golden Tulip Seeb.
