SHARJAH, 18th November, 2013 (WAM) -- H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, inspected yesterday a number of activities at Sharjah Art Foundation currently taking place.
Dr. Sheikh Sultan was accompanied by Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), and Sheikha Hoor bint Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, President of Sharjah Art Foundation. Sheikh Sultan gave directives during his visit to the " Flag Island" to provide science and add a number of facilities that serve the people at the site and its visitors, citizens, residents and tourists, in addition to the exploitation of spaces on the island with developmental projects. The Sharjah Ruler also gave instructions to put extension boards for sights and government buildings that surround the Flag Island. Sheikh Sultan later visited the art galleries of the Sharjah Art Foundation, accompanied by Sheikha Boudor, Sheikha Hoor, Sheikha Nawar Al Qasimi and a number of senior officials.Copyright Emirates News Agency (WAM) 2013.
