Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Chemical Company has extended its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in the healthcare sector for an additional period of 180 days.

The MoU was extended to give the team sufficient time to finalise some procedures to form a joint venture company specialised in healthcare logistic services in Saudi Arabia, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

It is noteworthy to mention that in March 2021, Saudi Chemical Company entered into an MoU with Hellmann to form the joint venture, which will offer transportation, loading, unloading, warehousing, and distribution services.
