Riyadh – Saudi food delivery app HungerStation has joined forces with SaaS company Deliverect to facilitate its online order management service for over 16,000 establishments in 30 markets.

The partnership aims to reduce failures for both large and small restaurants while eliminating order mistakes, in addition to accelerating their order preparation process in order to reduce delivery times, according to a press release on Wednesday.

Commenting on the partnership, Vice President of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer at HungerStation, Kamal Marghalani, said: “We expect to see its positive impact on the quality and speed of order deliveries.”

Meanwhile, Naji Haddad, Middle East General Manager at Deliverect, said: “We have partnered with HungerStation to help restaurants reach more customers and by enabling them to easily manage their online orders from a single screen, increasing their operational efficiency, staff productivity, and ramping up customer satisfaction.”

It is worth noting that HungerStation helps restaurants in both Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to grow their business through new sales channels which in return raise their revenue.
