Sadara Basic Services Company (Company) announces that Saudi Hydrogen Peroxide Company, a newly created joint venture between Sadara Chemical Company (the parent company) and the Solvay Group (Solvay), has began constructing one of the largest hydrogen peroxide (HP) plants worldwide in Jubail Industrial City II in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The plant will provide a key raw material to Sadara Chemical Company and will have a capacity exceeding 300,000 metric tons per year and a planned start up in 2015.
