A unique remote monitoring security and management system developed by a partnership of South Korean, British and UAE companies was unveiled by the Fujairah Free Zone Authority yesterday.

Shaikh Saif Bin Hamad Bin Saif Al Sharqi, Chairman of FFZA, appreciated the efforts required to launch this sophisticated product.

"The FFZA will continue to support investors and businesses in this emirate, working for a main goal that is to attract investments in the fields of trading, services, logistics and manufacturing by offering the best facilities, services and accessibility," Shaikh Saif said.

Sun Yong Kang, Ambassador of South Korea in the UAE, stressed the significance for his country of enjoying excellent political, economic and cultural relationships with the UAE.

"I wish success for the Cyncit Corporation, which developed the new innovative remote management system, that helps market the products of our companies in the UAE.

"We have strong trade relations with the UAE that totals about $8 billion (Dh29.38 billion)," Kang said.

The new system incorporates an integrated closed-circuit TV security and alarm system, which will significantly reduce costs, increase levels of efficiency and increase the levels of security.

The system enables you from wherever you are to remotely view and manage premises, business and people everywhere in the world.

"Wherever you are in the world, you can use this system to see live, and remotely manage properties, businesses and residences at the click of some buttons on your PC," said Brodie Clement, national director for sales and marketing of Cyncit Corporation.

In a presentation, Clement demonstrated remote-controlled monitoring, management and security.

He said that the system can be connected to any computer, PDI machine or laptop from any location worldwide.

M. Chatur, the global CEO of Cyncit Corporation, said Fujairah has delivered excellent services and accessibility to the company.

"We chose Fujairah to set up our business because of the very attractive and encouraging business atmosphere we found here and for the many facilities and support that every investor could get in this area," Chatur said.
