RAS AL KHAIMAH, 16th May 2014 (WAM) -- H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah, on Thursday received a delegation from the Arab Cycling Federation.
During the meeting at his palace, the ruler viewed the federation's future plans and activities including the organisation of an international cycling event in Ras Al Khaimah. He praised the progress of cycling in U.A.E. noting that the sport receives considerable attention from officials. The federation's delegation included Sheikh Faisal bin Humaid Al Qassimi, chairman, Wajeeh Azzam, deputy chairman, Munzer Al Wa'ez, second deputy chairman, and others.Copyright Emirates News Agency (WAM) 2014.
