Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company has said it has agreed with South Africa's entertainment and hospitality group Tsogo Sun Holdings to acquire a 50 per cent stake in the Maia Luxury Resort and Spa in Mahe, Seychelles.
Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company has said it has agreed with South Africa's entertainment and hospitality group Tsogo Sun Holdings to acquire a 50 per cent stake in the Maia Luxury Resort and Spa in Mahe, Seychelles.
The property, which is an all-villa resort and a member of Leading Small Hotels of the World, stretches 30 acres on the southwest coast of the island of Mahé.
Launched in 2004, Qatari Diar is wholly-owned by the Qatar Investment Authority.
