Dubai-based developer Omniyat said more than 90 per cent of the work has been completed on its ultra-luxurious project, One at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, and it was on track for delivery this December.
 
Located at the track of Palm Jumeirah, One Palm is a yet another luxury residential project by Omniyat which has been built, designed and crafted by renowned award-winning New York firm Soma Architects.
 
Reflecting the beauty of the manmade island it calls home, One Palm perfectly captures the essence of Dubai beachfront living through state-of-the-art facilities, illustrious designs, and sheer luxurious living spaces.
 
The project’s every detail was conceptualized by a group of passionate pioneers in the field.
 
Avant-garde Japanese interior designer Super Potato, internationally-renowned studio Elicyon and landscape artist Vladimir Djurovic came together along with Soma Architects to create a masterpiece in the world of architecture and design, breaking barriers and new grounds along the way, said Omniyat in a statement.
 
At the heart of One Palm lies a beautiful contrast of textures, colors, and designs. The project’s staggering layout perfectly complements its minimalistic interior.
 
The backdrop of the development is equally surreal, with views overlooking the sparkling Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf, it added.
 
An iconic landmark at the centre of the very best of Dubai, One at Palm Jumeirah is managed by Dorchester Collection, a five-star hotel operator known to have managed top-tier luxury hotels in Europe and the US.
 
Omniyat has created the most sought-after residences in the epicentre of luxury, offering unparalleled views of the coast of Dubai, said a company spokesman.
"With two of three state-of-the-art penthouses having already been sold for record-breaking prices, this architectural masterpiece is in reaching distance of the finish line with construction focussed on interiors, finishing touches, landscaping and commissioning," he stated.
