MUSCAT -- Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:OXY) on Tuesday announced the promotion of Isam al Zadjali to the position of President and General Manager of Occidental of Oman. A national of Oman, he succeeds Glenn Vangolen, who will relocate to Abu Dhabi as Vice-President, International Business Development. "I am also pleased that we will continue to have the benefit of Glenn Vangolen's extensive experience in the Middle East region as he embarks on his new responsibilities for Oxy in Abu Dhabi."
