BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Oman Cables Industry, an affiliate of Netherlands-based Draka Holding group, Monday said its chief executive Hans Meiring has stepped down.
Mr. Meiring resigned as of June 30 due to personal reasons, the manufacturer of electrical cables and conductors, said in a statement posted on the Muscat bourse website.
"The succession issue will be discussed in a meeting of the board of directors," it added.
The company's shares ended flat at 0.820 Omani rial ($2.14) in an overall lower market Monday.
