Police officials in Riyadh referred all individuals involved in the incident to the public prosecution for further legal action after their arrest.

Authorities identified the brawlers as seven Egyptians and two Sudanese expatriate residents.

The arrest comes after recent crackdowns on thieves who had stolen 26 vehicles and targeted nearby shops in Riyadh.

Police successfully seized the stolen vehicles and money from the three thieves involved in the robberies.
