MUSCAT -- Mutrah Hotel, the first hotel in Oman, is all set to have a new identity under the new management with the launch of unique facilities and services. Abdulrahman and Sons Company LLC, a newly formed hospitality company, has taken over the management of the hotel and has announced the re-branding of the hotel as the 'best budget hotel in Oman.'
"The new identity will give us a new, fresh, energetic and contemporary appearance and we are ready to play a major role in the industry with strong emphasis on the concept of commitment, quality and competitiveness," said Ammar al Balushi, General Manager, Mutrah Hotel. The fully refurnished hotel with its remarkable design perfectly combines stunning architecture with every modern convenience available for business and leisure travellers alike. "We are now the best budget hotel in Oman and we give good rates with no compromise on quality. Our customers will now get 3-star facilities by just paying 2-star rates," said Al Balushi.
The rooms are elegantly comfortable and there is a choice between single, double, twin and suite rooms. The rooms are equipped with satellite TV, international direct dialling facility and internet facilities. A new suite has been created with 5-star facilities, which have semi-apartments with two bedrooms, dining room, three toilets, LCD TV in every room and internet facilities. Mutrah Hotel will also have a new restaurant named Gazebo with a seating capacity of 90 people serving Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisines with specialisation in South Indian dishes.
