Riyadh – Mubasher: The world’s law firm Dentons has hired the Saudi experienced corporate practitioner Imtyaz Sattar as Counsel.
Dentons has also hired Salman Aloraifi, the highly regarded Saudi litigator, as Associate, according to a press release on Sunday.
In a way to expand its practice in Saudi Arabia, Dentons noted that Imtyaz Sattar and Salman Aloraifi will be based in the firm's Jeddah office, while the two hires will join Dentons from K&A in association with Allen & Overy.
With more than ten years of experience, Imtyaz offers advising on commercial and corporate, capital markets, government regulatory and joint venture matters for major international and local companies that focus mainly on the oil and gas sector.
Furthermore, Imtyaz is qualified in Ontario, Canada, while it had worked in Toronto for a couple of years before moving to Riyadh.
Salman Aloraifi a Georgetown University alumus, is a top-ranked litigator that had represented local and foreign corporates in some of the most high-profile litigation as well as arbitration matters in the kingdom in recent years.
In addition, Salman is fluent in both Arabic and English and has worked both in-house and in private practice.
