DUBAI, Aug. 21st, 2010: Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al-Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hanif Hassan Ali, Minister of Health and Commander in Chief of Dubai Police Lt. General Dahi Khalfan Tamim have offered condolences to the sons of renowned photographer Noor Ali Rashid on his death.
