Dubai: Nahar Group, one of Mumbai's leading real estate developers, has recently opened its full-fledged office in Dubai to serve a growing clientele.
The Dubai office, besides catering to the customers in Middle East will be also taking care of the growing interest amongst the non-resident Indians (NRIs) based in Hong Kong, United Kingdom and United States in Nahar's Amrit Shakti project near Powai in Mumbai.
Sukhraj Nahar, chairman, Nahar Group, said: "With over 500 existing customers from UAE alone, and with ever-increasing interest shown in in Nahar's Amrit Shakti project by the NRI community world over, we decided to be as close to our customers as possible by opening our office in Dubai."
Nahar's Amrit Shakti, a mini-township in Mumbai, is the most ambitious project from the group so far.
Getting ready for occupation from May 2007 are six new residential towers, which are being set on the largest podium garden.
Most of the homes are bought by discerning businessmen and top executives working with multinationals, and mega conglomerates, Nahar said.
