STOCKHOLM (Dow Jones)--Metso Paper Monday said it will supply a complete tissue machine to Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.
The machine will be installed in SPM's mill located in Dammam, Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The machine is scheduled to start production during the fourth quarter of 2008.
The value of the order is not disclosed, Metso said. The order is included in Metso's second quarter order backlog.
The market value of these types of tissue production lines is in excess of EUR25 million, depending on the scope of delivery and production output. The total project investment made by Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. is in excess of EUR50 million.
