DUBAI (Zawya Dow Jones)--Kuwait's Sultan Center Food Products Thursday said its fully-owned unit in Lebanon, Sultan Center-Lebanon, signed a $97-million deal to buy retail shops "Monoprix" and "Geant" from Lebanese Admic.
Admic is the franchisee of the French Monoprix supermarket and Geant Hypermarket chains.
The company didn't provide more details in a statement on the Kuwait bourse Web site.
