Jubaili Bros, a leading provider of Energy Solutions in the Middle East, Africa and Asia region, has announced the appointment of Dr Marcus Schumacher as the new Group CEO.
Schumacher has more than 25 years of global experience across multiple industries. At Johnson Controls, he was Global Vice President Product Management and Engineering, & General Manager EMEA Industrial Refrigeration Products after heading Johnson Controls Building Technology Group in the Middle East for more than 3 years.
Prior to that, he had been General Manager (Mena and India) for Eatons Oil & Gas electrical and process instrumentation business and had been head of technology for Aixtron.
Schumacher received his masters degree in electrical engineering and a PhD in Material Science, both from RWTH Aachen, a leading University in Germany and attended several executive leadership programs at Wharton Business School and Rice University in the US.
Commenting on his appointment, Schumacher said: "I am truly excited to join a team of highly talented professionals in power generation, and emerging solar sector having a history of more than 40 years in this diverse region."
