The Board of Directors of Jarir Marketing Co has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period third quarter 2013 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 150 Millions
2.Divided per share SAR 2.5
3.Divided represent 25% of the Face value.
4. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on 30-10-2013
5.Details of dividend distribution date: 07-11-2013
