SEOUL (Dow Jones)--South Korea's GS Engineering & Construction Corp. (006360.SE) Tuesday said it will build a refinery in Kuwait together with Japan's JGC Corp. (1963.TO) for $4 billion.
A GS Engineering spokesman said the refinery - for state-owned Kuwait National Petroleum Co., or KNPC - will take 45 months to construct.
