JEDDAH — Ewaan Global Residential Company, the exclusive developer of Alfareeda Residential Project in the area north of Jeddah, announced that it has started receiving the first phase title deeds of the project’s 320 villas that were recently issued by the notary in Jeddah.

Eng. Fadi Qassim, CEO of Ewaan Global Residential Company, explained that arrangements are currently ongoing in order to transfer ownerships to the buyers in the first phase villas. He expressed great appreciation for the various governmental institutions that support this unique residential project. Eng. Qassim also extended his sincere thanks to all those involved in the development and success of Alfareeda project.
