Cairo – Mountain View achieved EGP 7 billion in contractual sales during the first half (H1) of 2021.

By the end of 2021, the real estate developer aims to generate about EGP 12 billion in contractual sales from its projects, according to a statement.

Since the beginning of the year, a total of 1,947 units have been sold, compared to 844 units during the corresponding period a year earlier.

The company sold about 858 units in iCity New Cairo, being constructed in partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Mountain View, Tamer Nabil, said that the building area being developed under deals signed with contracting companies during 2021 has reached 870,000 metres with a contractual cost of EGP 5.8 billion. A total of 780,00 square metres (sqm) of building area is planned to be complete in 2021, he added.

In addition, infrastructure works and service projects are being built at a contractual cost of EGP 4.7 billion.
