Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian minister of investment and international cooperation Sahar Nasr discussed with a delegation from the World Bank the allocation of $500 million to the solid waste management sector.

The North African nation aims to foster cooperation with the international financial institution, with a special focus on health and education, Nasr added in a statement on Wednesday.

The investment minister also affirmed the country’s interest to tap into the World Bank’s experience in digital transformation as the bank has allocated $25 billion to this sector.
