Riyadh – Dur Hospitality Company has opened a new four-star Holiday Inn and Suites Hotel in the Saudi Jubail Industrial area.
The new hotel comprises 144 different hotel rooms and suites designed to cater to long-term guests, in addition to a wide range of restaurants and cafes, a health club, and meeting rooms, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
Dur will operate the hotel through a franchise agreement with the world-renowned Intercontinental Hotels Group.
The new investment is a continuation of the company’s expansion strategy and is in line with the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030 aimed at enhancing the kingdom’s hospitality sector.
Its material effect will reflect on Dur’s revenues starting from the first quarter (Q1) of 2021.
