BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Dubai Properties will develop a real estate project called Mudun in five Middle Eastern cities for a cost of between 30 billion U.A.E. dirhams ($8.1 billion) and AED40 billion, the Dubai-based Al Bayan daily reported Thursday.
Shihab Lutfi, development manager at Dubai Properties, said that the project will cover 74 million square feet across Cairo, Beirut, Damascus, Baghdad and Marakesh.
