Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, is investing over AED100 million ($27.2 million) into the landscaping and further enhancements of Riviera’s phases 1 and 2, to develop lifestyle-enhancing communal spaces.
Riviera is Azizi’s ambitious waterfront lifestyle community project located in the heart of MBR City, which, upon its completion, will comprise more than 16,000 residences spread across 71 mid-rise buildings and overlooking an extensive retail boulevard, a canal walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins — a lush-green social space.
The announcement comes in light of Azizi's drive to further advance its customer experience through an array of proactive residential beautification schemes and the development of a balanced, healthy residential community that grants residents a dynamic lifestyle, said the developer in a statement.
The landscaping additions will encompass several key features, including swimming pools, yoga studios, barbeque facilities, shaded playgrounds for kids and more, it added.
Executive Director (Engineering Division) Mohamed Ragheb Hussein said: "With Riviera being a sizable community and there being plenty of public communal space, we have decided to make good use of it by surprising our valued customers with a wide array of added facilities."
"It is beautification efforts such as these that enhance lives and increase ROIs, leaving our customers satisfied. While over AED100 million will be invested at no extra cost to our existing clients, we believe that their loyalty and word-of-mouth will result in repeat purchases and new potential investors reaching out," remarked Hussein.
"The enhancements at Riviera will foster a greater sense of belonging, promote health and well-being and add to the aesthetics of the community,," he added.
