Strengthening its presence in the region, Atlas Copco - an industrial group dealing in compressors, construction and mining equipment, power tools and assembly systems - inaugurated a new customer centre in Al Quoz.
The new facility, employing 40 people, continues Atlas Copco's commitment to providing its customer with a superior level of service and support and will act as the company's competence centre in the UAE. Covering compressed air, gas and process, power generation, construction and mining equipment, specialty rental and all related aftermarket service, the customer centre will offer customers a wider range of products supporting the existing centres in Jebel Ali, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.
"With our new customer centre, we show our commitment to be closer to our customers, and to support them in a more professional manner. We aim to be a good corporate citizen in the UAE by positively contributing to economic, environmental, and social aspects of our market," said Emile Bado, Regional General Manager Atlas Copco Services Middle East.
Founded 1873, Atlas Copco is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and has a global reach spanning more than 170 countries.
