Egypt - Archrete Design is supervising 32 projects located at the New Administrative Capital, with a total business volume of around EGP 500 billion, the company’s CEO Mohamed Samir revealed to Al Mal Newspaper.

The company is also seeking to open a branch in Abu Dhabi, the UAE, Samir highlighted.

Archrete Design is one of the major companies operating in the engineering consultancy field as it supervises several real estate projects in collaboration with leading property developers in the new capital, such as Nile Developments, UC Developments, Four Season Group for Real estate development, Hometown Developments, and Pyramids Developments.

The company’s business volume at the new capital stood at nearly 32 projects within a year, including malls and residential resorts, the CEO said.

Archrete has been working at the new capital for four years now, Samir added, pointing out that the company is close to supervise a 50-storey tower megaproject located directly in front of the Iconic Tower.

The company has started working on this project for a month and a half, he said, noting that the project has not been disclosed yet.

Moreover, the company is monitoring the construction works of Sky View, a tourism village affiliated to Traffic Real Estate, with a business volume of about EGP 400 million, he mentioned.

Archrete has signed a contract to supervise EVORA project in the new capital, affiliated to Rivan Real Estate, at a cost of around EGP 500 million, he said.

Furthermore, the company is planning to invest around EGP 1 billion in three projects to be carried out in the New Administrative Capital over the coming period.
