Abu Dhabi, April 30th,2007 (WAM) -- Speaker of the National ConsultativeCouncil (NCC) Abdullah Al Masoud received last night Omro Abdul Fatah,Chairman of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Development, whois currently visiting the UAE.
Al Masoud said that the UAE business community were keento open up new horizons for joint cooperation in economic sectorsin Egypt especially tourism under the umbrella of the ever-growing bilateralties.
The Egyptian official said government and people of Egypthighly appreciate the UAE's contributions to the development of the Egyptianeconomy.
He noted that the UAE were among the leading and largest investorsin Egypt.He briefed Al Masoud on the latest developments in the Egyptian tourism sector.
