DOHA: Al Hitmi Property Development recently awarded a contract to Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd for the management of Al Hitmi Residential Building Serviced Apartment, its first operation in the country. Hitmi Ali Khalifa Al Hitmi, Managing Director of Al Hitmi Property Development and Choe Peng Sum, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd signed the agreement.
Al Hitmi Property Development, part of Ali Bin Khalifa Al Hitmi & Co group of companies and one of the country's first construction firms to specialise in the urban development in the city of Doha is currently building a 15 storey fully furnished residential complex in the heart of the city at the Corniche, the Doha Bay waterfront.
The Al Hitmi Property Development combines a cutting edge expertise with new technology and time honoured standards to create a unique model.
Meanwhile, Frasers Hospitality, a world leader in serviced residences currently manages 35 properties with a total of 5,000 individual residences in 21 cities worldwide. In total, the company will make its debut in 10 major cities in Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
