MUSCAT -- Oman International Trade and Exhibitions (OITE) has partnered with Oman's well-known IT expert Tariq Hilal al Barwani again this year to showcase the annual value added programme 'Comex IT School with Tariq' specifically devoted for the IT and Telecom Exhibition (COMEX) visitors. Tariq, Online Manager at Nawras and the Chairman of KnowledgeOman.com a community sharing portal, will be sharing his knowledge and experience with different segments of people from the business, government, schools and individuals aspiring to learn about IT.

The IT School sessions will focus this year on topics that include but are not limited to hacking without the use of technology, building and maintaining an effective business on the internet, nuts and bolts of becoming an IT expert, digital technologies and Green IT. Visitors can learn, ask questions and get answers directly from Tariq. "I'm pleased to work with OITE closely again this year to bring out an additional value to the exhibition.

The Comex IT School is for anyone wishing to know what IT as a tool can bring to their personal and business lives," said Tariq. The 5-day sessions, which started on Friday, would be available for anyone to attend. Last year, the IT School attracted a lot of response from youngsters, adults, professionals, businessmen and personnel from the government.
