TUNIS - "Amen Santé" Company and "Comar" Insurance Company signed, on Tuesday in Tunis, a partnership agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a subsidiary of the World Bank Group tasked with the private sector's development.
By virtue of this agreement, IFC will own 20% of the capital of "Amen Santé" which is specialised in the management and development of medical and health projects, a communiqué of "Amen Group" specifies.
The signees have undertaken, as part of a long-range and comprehensive co-operation approach, to develop the company's health activities at the national, regional and continental levels.
IFC will assist "Amen Santé" through the creation in Tunisia of foreign direct investments, by planning investments worth 90 million dinars up to 2014.
According to the same source, these investments will help create over 1,000 direct skilled jobs in Greater Tunis and interior regions.
"Amen Santé" is owned by Amen Group.
