Sorouh Real Estate and Tameer Holding have signed an agreement to dissolve two joint ventures.

The ventures covered two separate real estate projects in Shams Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island.

"Tameer will continue to have 100 per cent ownership of Rise Above and Sorouh will have 100 per cent ownership of Gate Towers," the developer said, without giving a reason for the dissolution of the ventures.
