OAB launches three insurance programmes for Al Musaned
MUSCAT -- Oman Arab Bank ( OAB ) has launched three insurance products under the brand name of 'Al Musaned' for its customers in partnership with National Life and General Insurance, the Sultanate's Market Leader in life and medical insurance. Bishara Qafiti, DGM -- Retail Banking and Operations of Oman Arab Bank , and S Venkatachalam CEO of National Life and General Insurance were present on the occasion of signing of the contract."This Bancassurance tie-up between Oman Arab Bank and National Life and General Insurance was entered to achieve the shared objective of serving the clients with customised value added products that aim at meeting specific demands. Al Musaned insurance provides customers with the option to choose from a number of different insurance plans; Inpatient Medical Insurance, Housemaid Insurance and Home Contents Insurance," said Jamil Abdul Qader; Head of Retail Marketing and Business Development.
S Venkatachalam emphasised that providing customised insurance products accompanied with quality service and assurance at one stop is the primary objective of National Life and General Insurance.
"The strong distribution strength and in-depth local market knowledge of Oman Arab Bank coupled with the Insurance proficiency, product range and proven Bancassurance capabilities of National Life and General Insurance make this an unparalleled union of Financial Strength, Expertise and most importantly, Trust", said S Venkatachalam.
Saleh al Naamani; Bancassurance in-charge said, the products have a number of unique features and are designed in a manner to benefit the policy holder by providing monthly and annual payment plan flexibility.

National Life and General Insurance Company is the largest life and medical insurer in the Sultanate with a Good (B++) Financial Strength Rating from AM Best Company and also certified with ISO 9001:2000 by British Standards Institute (BSI).
