Saudi Arabia-based real estate developer Tanmiyat is in talks with about 30 per cent of the owners of Living Legends Villas to resolve any ongoing issues with the buyers, said the developer.
According to Tanmiyat, almost 70 per cent of the villa owners are satisfied with the developer's performance, communication strategy and project status.
Tanmiyat cited its revised Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) approved payment plan and tailor-made solutions for clients including price rationalisation and property consolidation as the main reasons for the increased satisfaction of its customers in the Living Legends project.
"We believe it's crucial to support our clients during this period of market fluctuation," said Wan Hasni, advisor in charge of Tanmiyat.
