The construction of road works at the BUA master development (Emirates Lake Towers) is complete, Chapal developers announced yesterday.
The completion of road works will facilitate the construction works on its entire development.
Constructed along the Emirates Road in Ajman, this development features 51-high-rise towers designed for residential, retail and commercial purposes.
The carriageway, which stretches 2.2 kilometres has been constructed by RAM Road Contracting.
"The completion of road-works is consistent with Chapal strategy to encourage other developers of Northern Emirates to deliver promises to their property buyers," said Jawad Chapal, Executive Director.
"This project, which is finally becoming a reality, will help us stimulate the economic development of Ajman and we are thankful to the local government for working with us to better serve the interests of its population," he added.
The Emirates Lake Towers master project is central to Chapal's ongoing efforts for infrastructure design as well. Nafis Siddiqi, Project Manager, said: "We want to ensure that our workers have the high-quality transit services before they complete the entire project. The construction work is on track and we are going to make some further announcements shortly."
Dleer M Ali and Adel Ahmed, Projects Managers, Adnan Safarini, have supported the sustainability of the Emirates Lake Towers roads project, saying that it brings recognition for developers and architects for further actions
"The road works provide the development an architectural blend that are consistent with the character of the main project," said Dleer M Ali.
