Dubai - Emirates NBD, a leading bank in the region, announced today that 60 UAE Nationals currently enrolled in the bank's Al Misha'al programme have received Al Masrafi certification.
Al Masrafi initiative is a comprehensive training programme, conducted by Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (EIBFS),aimed at nurturing Emirati talent and preparing them to establish a career in the UAE banking sector.

As part of its Emiratisation efforts, Emirates NBD offers a host of world-class training and mentoring programmes under its Al Misha'alprogramme, which is targeted at High School graduates. The programme inducts high school graduates into the bank following three months of rigorous training in various job-related subjects such as banking operations, branch automation, and customer service, among others.
