More than 25 Staff to Service Enquiries from Female Buyers

Dubai - DAMAC Properties, one the leading luxury real estate developers in Dubai, is opening its first ladies-only office, in response to the increased number of female buyers. 

'Morjana' is set inside the plush DAMAC Maison Dubai Mall Street in the heart of the Burj area within the illustrious 'platinum square kilometre' of Dubai. The exclusive office has more than 25 female staff, all fluent in Arabic, and is open seven days a week from 10am to 7pm. 

"We have seen a significant increase in the number of women looking to invest in the Dubai property market and it was a natural progression to open an all-female office, with a large percentage of our buyers now female," said Ziad El Chaar, Managing Director,DAMAC Properties. "We have created a comfortable environment where our potential buyers can learn more about our luxury real estate portfolio." 

DAMAC Properties has buyers from over 120 countries, with the majority originating from the GCC, India, Pakistan and the United Kingdom. The ladies-only office is the latest in a line of enhancements and programmes by the company to enhance its interactions with customers. 

DAMAC recently upgraded its full customer relationship management operations and call centre, to streamline wait times and direct customers efficiently to the required department.

The office, which will open at the end of the month, is being refitted with opaque glass and a new, fresh design with complementary food and beverage served by female staff from the DAMAC Maison team.
