Dubai - Following the successful completion of shoring and excavation work, leading real-estate developer,Danube Properties has awarded the contract for the main construction of theirupcoming residential projects, Glitz 1 & Glitz 2 to UAE-based leading contracting company Naresco General Contracting (NARESCO). Offering 300 luxury apartment units ranging from studios to three bedrooms, the AED 300 million project is being developed at Dubai Studio City.
At present, work on both sites is four months ahead of the planned schedule and a combined workforce of over 500 people is expected to execute the construction work during peak season.
Additionally, Atlas Foundation Co. LLCsecured the earthworks contract for the latest project Glitz 3 by Danube and is currently undertaking mobilization work on the site. Shoring and excavation work on the Glitz 3 development is scheduled to commence later this month.
