Manama, Bahrain - 23 March 2015 - The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) announces that the monthly issue of the Sukuk Al-Salam Islamic securities for the BD 36 million issue, which carries a maturity of 91 days, has been oversubscribed by 211%.
The expected return on the issue, which begins on 25 March 2015 and matures on 24 June 2015, is 0.81% compared to 0.72% for the previous issue on 25 February 2015.
The securities are issued by the CBB on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This is issue No.167 (ISIN BH0007871K32) of Sukuk Al-Salam securities.
