Manama, Bahrain - 23 May 2016 - The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) announces that the monthly issue of the Sukuk Al-Salam Islamic securities for the BD 43 million issue, which carries a maturity of 91 days, has been oversubscribed by 100%.
The expected return on the issue, which begins on 25 May 2016 and matures on 24 August 2016, is 2.08% equivalent to 2.08% for the previous issue on 20 April 2016.
The securities are issued by the CBB on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This is issue No.181 (ISIN BH00033O5Z11) of Sukuk Al-Salam securities.
