The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) announces that the monthly issue of the Sukuk Al-Salam Islamic securities for the BD 43 million issue, which carries a maturity of 91 days, has been fully subscribed by 100%.
The expected return on the issue, which begins on 25 November 2015 and matures on 24 February 2016, is 1.60% compared to 1.48% for the previous issue on 21 October 2015.
The securities are issued by the CBB on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This is issue No.175 (ISIN BH0001Z23LW6) of Sukuk Al-Salam securities.
