Bonyan International Investment Group (Holding) said yesterday its plans to deliver more than 1,000 property units by the end of the second quarter of 2009.

The developer said three of its projects Dubai Gate 1, Abbco Tower and Sharjah Gate Tower have already been sold out.

Currently, all projects are in the final stages of completion, with Bonyan finalising the legalities for Dubai Gate 1 and Abbco Tower for them to be declared as completed projects. And Sharjah Gate Tower is at the homestretch of its construction phase.

Located in Al Nahda area, the 42-floor Sharjah Gate Tower houses luxurious two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Abbco Tower offers affordable studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Dubai Gate 1 is a 39-storey tower, which houses one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

In compliance with Real Estate Regulatory Agency (Rera), Bonyan has also registered under the number 257/2007.
