Amman, 27 July 2015 - Bank al Etihad and iMENA Loyalty launched a new loyalty and rewards program, named 'Etihad Ultimate Rewards'. The program is now available to Bank al Etihad customers and is applicable to their credit and debit cards, loans and accounts, and financial transactions across the Bank's multiple electronic channels, including Internet/mobile banking, payment portals and ATMs. Built by the customer and loyalty engagement provider, iMENA Loyalty, 'Etihad Ultimate Rewards' is the first 360º loyalty program in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region's banking sector, providing bank clients with a single platform to earn and redeem points in real time.  

iMENA Loyalty's advanced loyalty platform and technology allow it to offer true integration of loyalty across an organization's entire consumer-facing and enterprise systems. The company delivered the 'Etihad Ultimate Rewards' program through Modym; its in-house developed analytics, marketing and loyalty application which calculates and saves members' profiles and points. iMENA Loyalty also used its in-house developed marketplace, Perksly, which was fully branded for Bank al Etihad, to allow customers to access their profiles and account balances, and browse all products and services that can be used for point redemption and credit card purchases. iMENA Loyalty is in charge of user experience, order delivery, merchant acquisition, and logistics related to running the program.

On the customers' end, members are now rewarded free points that are credited to their accounts each time they use Bank al Etihad financial products. Users can then decide how to spend these points through the 'Etihad Ultimate Rewards' electronic shop, where they can browse hundreds of products across categories and price points, read other customer reviews and ratings, and finally purchase the products of their choice with their free points and have them delivered to their door step.

'Etihad Ultimate Rewards' shop merchants include both local and international companies that consumers know and trust, and who offer products and services across a wide variety of sectors, including but not limited to flights and hotel reservations, car rentals, merchandise and gift vouchers.
