The 13 program graduates can assume the role of Centre Deputy Manager in the company's automotive retail centres across Saudi Arabia

Abdul Latif Jameel's automotive retail network is celebrating the graduation of the Management Training Program (MTP), which was carried out under the theme of "Future Leaders".

MTP is an intensive training course designed to certify university graduates for a Centre Deputy Manager role in Abdul Latif Jameel's extensive network of automotive centres across Saudi Arabia.

"The program aims to attract ambitious Saudi graduates of both local and international universities, and in particular, graduates of King Abdullah Foreign Scholarship Program holding bachelor and masters degrees in various engineering and management fields," said Engineer Taha Al Ghamdi, Abdul Latif Jameel Retail Company Executive Director. "Attracting such talent is key for our company as we build a leadership team to manage our centres."

"Graduates of this year's class attended a full-year of intensive training as well as specialized courses in our training centre which focused on the company's various sectors as per the latest modern leadership and management principles. All 13 graduates now hold the role of Centre Deputy Manager," Al Ghamdi added.

"In our automotive retail network, we continue to attract more Saudi youth who are qualified to fill these senior management positions, while equipping the younger generation with the skills needed to be part of our leadership team," Al Ghamdi concluded.
