Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange  announced today it succeeded in achieving a 99% compliance . result regarding the disclosure of financial statements of the listed public joint stock companies within the deadline of 45 days from the end of the financial quarter.  There are 67 companies listed on ADX as of 2012.  The only listed company on ADX which did not disclose its financial statement is Gulf Live Stock Company.  

ADX submitted a detailed report to Emirates Securities and Commodities Exchange including the disclosure dates and its observations on the disclosures according to (ESCA) requirements.

Mr. Saif  Sayah Al Mansouri, head of Listed Companies at ADX commented "The collaboration between ADX Listed Companies administration  and the listed companies on ADX has always proved to be a  productive one, as we can clearly see in the high level of compliance the companies have adhered to."
