Dubai, UAE: Dubai Science Park (DSP), the freezone community dedicated to facilitating and fostering the growth of the UAE's science sector, today announced names of new, global business partners set to join the community, and four business partner's plans to relocate to Dubai Science Park's (DSP) new Head Quarters Tower.

Dubai Science Park supports both SMEs and global firms looking for a regional base for their Middle East operations, by facilitating a custom-built yet vibrant community. With over 300 companies currently located within the community, DSP is committed to the industry's success by bringing together business, regulators and Government in partnership.

Boston Scientific Middle East FZ-LLC, a global expert in minimally evasive medical devices, Olympus MEA FZ-LLC, an optical company with an international reach, Hager Middle East FZE, an energy distribution provider,  Bottu International FZ-LLC , a globally-linked laboratory and pharmaceutical company and Mettler-Toledo GmbH, a global leader of measurement and precision instruments designed for use in for industry, laboratories and retail, will all open new premises in DSP's impressive Laboratory Complex, whilst Orexigen Therapeutics LLC, a biopharmaceutical company specialising in obesity, has announced that it will be one of the first newly registered tenants to set up in DSP's HQ tower.

Cooper International, a leading pharmaceutical company from Morocco, Getz Pharma, one of the world's fastest growing pharmaceutical companies focused on research, development and manufacturing, First Solar, the region's leading solar provider and Dayarn FZ-LLC, the quality sales, marketing and regulatory organisation, will also relocate to the HQ in Q1 2017, following completion of the twin towers.

In bringing together such a diverse mix of industries, sectors, products and providers across the life science and energy space, DSP is further progressing its ambition of creating a truly holistic community in the heart of the Middle East. Acting as a platform to enable these companies to grow and thrive, also allows the residents of Dubai and the GCC to benefit from the expertise within the park.
